These dates are based on the recommended last posting dates published by Royal Mail.
Science Fiction Collectables cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for items purchased after these dates.

Postage and Packing, Payment, Delivery and Returns

Postage and Packing (P+P)
P+P is charged based on the total weight of the goods comprising an order. The individual weight of each product is displayed on the product information page. For software purposes, weight is rounded up to the nearest 10g.
United Kingdom
Two postage options are available to UK customers: UK Economy and UK Premium.
UK Economy uses Royal Mail Second Class and Standard Parcels services. Delivery is typically within five days of dispatch. Economy services include insurance but are not tracked.
UK Premium uses the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. Delivery is guaranteed the next working day after dispatch. Premium service includes insurance and is tracked.

International uses Royal Mail International Signed For and Parcelforce Global Priority services. Delivery is typically within five days of dispatch for most destinations. International services include insurance and are tracked.

Payment
The following cards are accepted as payment on this website:
American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron.
Non UK issued Maestro cards are not accepted.
Secure payment processing is provided by Sage Pay (formerly known as Protx).

Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Science Fiction Collectables reserves the right to delay dispatch until payment has cleared in full. Payment normally clears after four working days.
For security reasons, orders can only be dispatched to the billing address of the card used for payment.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail services.
For operational reasons, orders are only dispatched on working days.
A dispatch confirmation email is sent on the date of dispatch.
Delivery is normally within five working days of date of dispatch.
UK Premium orders require a signature on delivery.
International orders require a signature on delivery.
International customers are liable for any and all import duties and other applicable local taxes.
Goods Not Received and Undeliverable Packages

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Generally, an order may be cancelled for a full refund within seven working days after receiving the goods. Refer to the Terms and Conditions page for full information.
