General
Information and policies on this page constitute the terms and conditions of sale. Any purchase made via this website indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Prices
Prices on this website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (Great British Pounds / GBP).
Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable UK taxes.
Displayed product prices do not include postage and packing (P+P) costs. P+P costs are payable in full by the customer in addition to the product prices. International customers that have not selected and paid for the correct Postage and Packing rate will have their entire order cancelled and refunded.
Payment
Payment on this website can only be made with the following cards:
American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron.
Non UK issued Maestro cards are not accepted.
Secure payment processing is provided by Sage Pay (formerly named Protx).

Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched the next working day. Orders are not guaranteed to be dispatched the next working day.
Science Fiction Collectables reserves the right to dispatch orders after payment has cleared in full. Payment normally clears after four working days.
For security reasons, orders can only be dispatched to the billing address of the card used for payment.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail services.
For operational reasons, orders are only dispatched on working days.
A dispatch confirmation email is sent on the date of dispatch.
Delivery is normally within five working days of date of dispatch.
UK Premium orders require a signature on delivery.
International orders require a signature on delivery.
International customers are liable for any and all import duties and other applicable local taxes.
Goods Not Received
If the package has not been received after five working days from the date of dispatch, the customer should contact his/her local Royal Mail sorting office and post office (or local equivalent for international orders) to check if the package is being held for collection. If the package is not held, the customer should contact us using the email address below.
A refund or replacement is normally available immediately; however, this may occasionally be delayed until after Royal Mail concludes its investigations into the missing mail (typically four weeks).
Undeliverable Packages
If an undeliverable package is returned to Science Fiction Collectables, then a full refund is issued.
Undeliverable packages cannot be re-sent. However, a new order can be placed if the goods are still required.
Undeliverable packages are normally returned by Royal Mail to Science Fiction Collectables approximately four weeks from date of dispatch. If neither the package nor a refund has been received after this time, the customer should contact us via the email address below.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If the customer wishes to cancel the order, this may be done so within seven working days after receiving the goods.
To cancel, the customer must contact Science Fiction Collectables using the email address below. Goods must only be returned after acknowledgement from Science Fiction Collectables.
Goods must be returned to the postal address below. Proof of postage should be retained. The order number should be included in the package.
A refund will be given for cancelled orders, normally upon receipt of returned goods. For an order cancelled in its entirety, the total purchase price plus the P+P charge will be refunded in full. For an order cancelled in part, the purchase price of the cancelled individual items will be refunded plus a proportion of P+P based on the weight of the cancelled item as a proportion of the total order weight. (eg if one 150g item from an order comprising several items totalling 500g is returned, then the price paid for that item plus 150/500 of the P+P will be refunded.)
If an order is cancelled due to a fault in the goods, then the cost of returning the goods will be at the expense of Science Fiction Collectables.
If an order is cancelled for any reason other than a fault in the goods, then the cost of returning the goods will be at the customer’s own expense.
Goods are to be returned in their original condition.
Any goods to be returned should be treated with reasonable care by the customer, under legal obligation. Goods should be suitably packed for return.
Science Fiction Collectables will examine goods returned as faulty. If no fault is found, we reserve the right to re-charge the customer for the goods and to recover expenses from the customer.
Refunds can only be processed on the same card originally used for payment.
An order cannot be cancelled for audio or video recordings or computer software that has been unsealed after receipt by the customer.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
Age Restrictions, Toy Safety and Imported Items
Items offered for sale on this website may be subject to legal age restrictions.
Some items are imported, do not carry the CE European toy safety mark and do not meet UK toy safety standards. Such items are not to be supplied to persons under the age of 15.
Items may carry age-related suitability guidance and/or safety advice. The buyer is responsible for adhering to any guidance and/or advice.
Science Fiction Collectables is not responsible for any consequences arising from any product sold being subsequently provided by the buyer to individuals for whom the product is not suitable nor intended.
Special Offers, Promotions and Sales
All special offers, promotions and sales are subject to availability of products.
All special offers, promotions and sales are for limited periods.
Special offers and promotions may not be available in all territories.
Science Fiction Collectables reserves the right to cancel any special offer, promotion or sale without notice.
Promotional Codes, Coupons and Vouchers. These, unless otherwise stated: are for single use only; are valid for a limited and specific period; cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one Code/Coupon/Voucher may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated. Science Fiction Collectables reserves the right to revoke any Code/Coupon/Voucher without notice.
Discounts (including 100 per cent discounts, ie free products). Discounted products remain subject to full standard Delivery charges.
Minimum Spend and Multi-Buy Offers. Apply to purchases within a single transaction.
Data Protection
Personal data is not passed on to third party organisations or individuals.

Jewellery
For the purposes of insurance and Royal Mail postal restrictions, UK orders for jewellery items will only be accepted if UK Premium is selected as the delivery option. Science Fiction Collectables reserves the right to cancel any jewellery orders that do not comply to this condition. Products to which this applies are noted in their descriptions. International orders are not affected.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Other Relevant Information
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding England and Wales public holidays.
This website and all related transactions are governed by the law of England and Wales under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
